Land Development
Our land development services encompasses the design, approval and construction of safe water supply systems, collection systems for domestic waste and storm water run‐off, design and building of roads, sidewalks, bikeway / pedestrian trails and all other related community amenities which enhance our standard of living and create vibrant and safe communities to live, work and play. Our partnership with Clients can start with needs assessment and feasibility studies, topographic site surveys, initial land development, concept and preliminary designs, through to detailed design and construction.

Municipal Engineering
Our municipal engineering services focuses on municipal infrastructure including assessment of condition, specifying, designing, constructing, and maintaining streets, sidewalks, water supply networks, sanitary and storm sewers, storm water management, street lighting, for our Clients. We work closely with our clients providing them project planning, design, procurement, construction review and construction contract administration services to facilitate procurement and construction of new municipal infrastructure, or repair and reinstatement of existing infrastructure within communities.

Project Management
Effective project management, whether during the design process or the construction process, produces favorable project delivery. We partner with Clients to define goals and objectives to guide the delivery of infrastructure and municipal projects. Our project management model is consistent with the principles established by the Project Management Institute and will be interactive with the Client and seek input at all stages for needs re‐assessment and resource availability.
